Why this exists

Most equity research a retail reader sees is either free and thin, or rigorous and locked behind an institutional terminal. This publication tries to close that gap: full-length, filings-based write-ups that are free to read, with a free fair-value calculator anyone can use to check the arithmetic themselves.

Filings first

Every figure traces back to a specific filing, transcript, or public dataset, cited inline.

Models in the open

Assumptions are printed on the page, so you can rebuild the number rather than trust a rating.

Plain calls

A clear Buy, Hold or Sell on every note — and what would have to be true for us to be wrong.

What we publish

01

Each note covers one company and answers one question directly: at today's price, does the market's implied assumptions about growth and margins hold up against what's actually in the 10-K or 10-Q? We show the model — revenue build, margin bridge, and a discounted cash flow with the assumptions printed on the page — rather than asking you to trust a rating.

Analytical framework

Rule of 40 & Capital Allocation Matrix

Evaluate quality compounders by balancing top-line revenue growth against real, stock-compensation-adjusted cash margins and ROIC spreads.

Deducts shareholder dilution from reported cash flow.
Headline Rule of 40 score

SBC-adjusted score36.5%
Economic value added spread+9.5%
✓ Elite Compounder: Surpasses hurdle with value-accretive ROIC spread.

What we don't do

02

We don't manage money, hold client assets, or provide personalized investment advice. We don't tell any individual reader what to do with their own portfolio. NovaRock Global Research is a publisher of general-interest financial research and commentary — read the full research disclaimer for exactly what that does and doesn't mean for how you should use what we publish.

How a note gets fact-checked

03

Every figure in a note traces back to a specific filing, transcript, or public dataset, cited inline. Where we make a forecasting assumption instead of citing a fact, we say so explicitly rather than presenting an estimate as if it were a reported number.

Who writes this

04

NovaRock Global Research was founded by Jasvinder Singh, who also runs NovaRock Advisory and is an IRS-authorized paid tax preparer (PTIN P03472019). While related professional work involves formal tax and financial registrations, this site operates solely as an independent research publication. Nothing here is personalized investment advice, a formal advisory engagement, or a solicitation to trade. We disclose these background roles for full transparency; see our research disclaimer for complete details.

A note on independence

05
No client accounts. No compensation from the companies we cover.

NovaRock Global Research is a separate publication from any advisory, brokerage, or asset management business. We hold no client accounts and receive no compensation from the companies we cover. If that ever changes for a specific note — for example, a sponsored deep-dive — it will be disclosed at the top of that note, not in a footnote.
