A Buy or Sell rating reflects our opinion of a company at the time of publication. It is not a statement of fact, a guarantee of future performance, or a recommendation suited to any individual. The same applies to fair value estimates and calculator outputs: they come from a stated model and assumptions we chose, and small changes in those assumptions can produce large changes in the result. We may be wrong, and markets can stay at prices that disagree with our view for a long time, or indefinitely.

5. Accuracy and completeness

We aim to source every figure from public filings, transcripts or other public data, cited inline. We do not independently audit that data and we can make mistakes. If you find an error, contact us and we will investigate and correct the record where warranted.

6. Positions, conflicts and AI-assisted drafting

At the time of publication, neither the publisher nor any contributing author holds a long, short or derivative position in any company profiled on this site. We accept no compensation, equity or perks from issuers, insiders or investor-relations firms to write, bias or promote any research.

Research notes are drafted with AI-assisted tools. Every note goes through an analyst stage, a risk review and a final edit, and is approved by a named human editor (currently Jasvinder Singh, Founder and Principal Analyst) before publication. The approval date is printed on the note. Where a note relies on data we could not verify against a primary filing, or on a figure we could not reproduce, the note says so.

7. Paid subscriptions

When our subscription tier launches (see Services), it will give access to additional reports beyond the free archive. It will not create an advisory relationship with NovaRock Global Research or entitle you to advice on your own holdings. Free and paid reports are published under this same disclaimer.

8. Your responsibility

Any decision to buy, sell or hold a security is yours alone. Past performance of any company, model or thesis is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
