1. Acceptance

By using this site or subscribing to our research letter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Content ownership

All research notes, models, text and design on this site belong to NovaRock Global Research unless stated otherwise. You may not redistribute, resell or republish them without permission. Subscribers may use downloaded models for their own personal analysis.

3. Subscriptions and billing

This section applies once paid subscriptions launch. Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at signup until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and access continues to the end of the current billing period. Because reports, models and spreadsheets are digital and available immediately, all sales are final and we do not refund unused portions of a billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share premium login credentials, scrape or systematically copy site content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. No advisory relationship

Using this site or subscribing does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship between you and NovaRock Global Research. See the Research Disclaimer for what our research is and is not.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaRock Global Research is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

8. Governing law

These terms, your use of this site, and any dispute arising from our published research are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action related to this site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
